We are a historical re-enactment group specialising in recreating the battles and lives of the English Civil War in the 17th Century. Ours is a royalist regiment of the King’s Army, which is part of the English Civil War Society (ECWS). Our members are dedicated volunteers with a passion for bringing history to life!

Get involved
We always love to welcome new members. It couldn’t be easier to get started, you don’t need to have any of your own kit and your first event is FREE.
Want to experience the heat of battle? Then take to the field with the pike, musket or cannon for a unique inside perspective. Prefer a more relaxed experience? Join our “living history” exhibit and learn some period skills from cooking to metalworking. Get in touch with us today to find out more!
